Would you care to see Huck/Afolabi IV??? I sure as hell would, these two always put on a show, and every times it's been a back and forth seesaw battle, that in the end only decided by a razor thin margin. Plus this time it would be an important unification fight, and therefore it would overshadow any of their prior meetings. Afolabi upsetting YPH opens the division up to a lot of interesting fights that couldn't have happened before, and if I'm honest he has a damn good chance at doing so :good

Just thought about that when I heard of the fight, I expect Afolabi to win, wich would mean that without a shadow of a doubt the official champ in the division wasn't/isn't the best at the weight, and it's just about who gets the chance to beat him.

Like we see more and more throughout the weightclasses.

My money is on Afolabi dethroning YPH, really opens the division up... Since Huck, and YPH refuse to fight. We KNOW Huck and Afolabi will fight, especially if the stakes are upped like they would be here.

    Yes, absolutely.

Only in rare cases is someone able to be down 0-2-1 in a rivalry (that is generally as clear-cut as it gets aside from getting outright swept in a trilogy 0-3) and still be a credible opponent a fourth time.

Marquez vs. Pacquiao IV is the last occurrence I can think of.

    Afolabi will have earned it.

It sucks no one cares about CW, if it happens it'll be a quartet no one has even heard of, its like the Subspecies movie series all 4 were damn good but no one has seen them.

    Excellent chances. YPH is frail.

I concur, barely got past Alexeev and probably wouldn't have if Alexeev had a slightly better beard himself. Heard that he was lucky to get the nod against Arslan, although I missed that one.

YPH is pretty much the most beatable CW champion at the moment, just about every other belt holder and SEVERAL contenders all have a very good chance at doing so, and it's just down to who gets to him first.. Which seems to be Afolabi.
