What about that Russain who just won the WBC title? I must admit I haven't seen him but he looks to be beating good guys convincingly what's he like IB?

I got the impression Hernandez seems frail. I would hate to see Bellee get a shot and fluke a ein over a champ which I could not see happening with Huck, Lebedev or Afalobi. ThemoreI think of the talant pool at cruiser I don't rate Bellew or Cleverly in the top 20 and to be honest they were not much better at 175lbs.

Shame to see guys get over looked for those.

Drozd is pretty good. I wasn't surprised in the least he beat Diablo.

He actually has been around for a long time but was plagued by inactivity (and when active, didn't consistently get important match-ups)

Too bad he wasted a lot of his prime, but even at 35 he is still pretty sharp. He's above-average pretty much across the board, not really exceptional in any one category. Fleet-footed boxer-puncher, throws composed, textbook shots in combination.

Actually yeah either Bellew or Cleverly, farcical as their campaigns at CW are, would have a puncher's chance with Hernandez.

Outpointed is putting it mildly. :yep

    Boxed his face off, really.

Average connects stats were like Drozd at 50%, Diablo 12%.

    Thanks man.

Only 3 amateurs that's impressive I thought he would be well schooled with him being Russain. Wlodarczyk is no mug and probably didn't get the credit he deserves to do a job on him isn't easy.

The cruiser weight scene has a lot of talant but not popular in the eesy due to the fact Russains dominate it and they're generally a bit less TV friendly.

That's good to hear IB. Out of interest where do you rank them at CW you know more about the scene than me.

Bellew nearly got banged in his first fight at the new weight Cleverly doesn't look like he belongs there and in my opinion will struggle more.

I can see Bellew winning against Cleverly but Huck will probably just walk through him in 5.

I thin he will lose to Hernandez. He is slower, and doesn't have the same workrate he had.Power is still there, but he will not ko Hernandez,I think.

    He could very well lose.

Afolabi has a tendency - and this bit him in the ass the last couple of times with Huck - to fall into sparring partner mode, and cruise in a very one-note manner. If he does that Hernandez will lay the slickness on him and outbox him rather easily.

If, however, Ola comes in supremely conditioned, goes ball out, and keeps the pressure on he can bomb Hernandez out. (despite not having 1-punch KO power, he is more than heavy-handed enough to get the job done)

Ola starched Mac a few years back, how do you think YPH's chin compares to Enzos??? As you said, YPH is quite lucky to have not been ko'd several times already, but I think his chin may only be slightly better than Enzos, but his ability to recover is far superior.

If I remember correctly Enzo was leading on points prior to getting KTFO?? I think something similar goes down here, YPH outboxes him for several rounds before getting caught, and stopped.

Afolabi in my eyes is nothing special and if YPH takes it serious hell get the descision, he normaly needs about 4-5 rounds to win the rest will be done by the judges, as always by Sauerland ... so Afolabi needs a absolutely high performance or better the KO. :deal
