To be fair, quite a few fans were more than happy that Ward buggered off :naughty2:

yeah the undercard is pretty stacked too. Probably worth paying for. Never thought I’d say that about PPV boxing but here we are.

I do not think he will fold up and go away. For an example, look at his countrymen of the past, Joe Bugner, Frank Bruno, Henry Cooper, and Brian London, with the exception of Bugner, many competed for the World Title, and were defeated. That did not stop them from attaining the British, or European Heavyweight Titles. By winning these belts, they remained relevant in the heavyweight picture, getting big fights, as well as future shots at the title. They continued to gain big enough purses, as well as recognition. I see Anthony Joshua accomplishing this, and still being a household name, especially in his country, with big endorsements to follow.

He can get beat for many many dollars still.

Has the name, persona and face for it.

Forever a stepping stone. Need to see Wilders demolition of Joshua.

Look Joshua has already been exposed as the next David Price. Yes Joshua has punching power but if someone like Ruiz can take his best punch and hit him back he is done. Joshua's chin is pure eggshells and he has no stamina. Nothing Joshua does can repair that weak chin. Joshua does not know how to use his size to avoid getting hit. Look Ruiz took Joshua's best right hand and hit him back and he could not handle it. Joshua is going to get hit by Ruiz at some point and he will fold again. We heard all the same excuses when Price got exposed. Ruiz is going to stop him again.
