It is a common enough tactic, for a heavyweight to spar with a much smaller fighter (say a lightweight), in order to develop speed.

There are no weigh classes in sparring!

I never saw Bowe as a top fighter for superfights. His size helped him.

I never said that Ali won every round, nor did I say it was a walk in the park.
    What I actually said was:

    George did win some rounds.

But Ali won the first round pretty clearly and remained ahead for the rest of the fight.

So, once again since you didn't answer, at which point in the fight was Ali trailing ?

George was the one that looked confused, not being accustomed to facing aggression at that level.

Ali was ahead at the time of stoppage (as he was at all points in the fight) and was on his way to a UD victory had the much younger man's stamina not failed him.

    Fact.

You are spending time answering me.
That's what you're doing in your post.

It is pretty clear you have no answer.

You were asked a simple question: At what point was Ali behind?

Instead of answering, you babbled on about being tired, about your dogs, about your training etc.

You should join a dog forum if you want to talk about your dogs

Here you go, kid. Try this:

    Or this:

Maybe you know more about dogs than boxing.

    Good luck !

That and happy hour down the Pink Oyster was due to start. It's so obvious.

Speaking of time, it was 10.49 am on the west coast when you wrote this latest masterpiece. What time did you get up to fit in a full day's work, training and running with your pitbulls? You. Training. Pitbulls. Yeah, right. Methinks the lady doth protest too much.

Bowe was never great against jabbers. Ali and his conditioning and stamina would have won by decision.
