If all decisions went the way you scored it, what would ATG's records look like?

Well if Ali retired after Manila he wouldn't have needed to win by close decisions and would have had a record of 49 wins 2 losses (34 KO wins). The dodgy decisions came after Manila when he was finished as the great fighter.

Perhaps, but I know a FEW people that would make it 49-3, mosting in regards to Doug Jones.

Doug Jones never won the fight. Norton lost the first 6 rounds in fight 2. 3rd fight was after Manila.

Clay beat Jones. The consensus in his favour has always been wide.

Back in the 60's and 70's, they were always fighting that Jones got robbed by the news reporters.

I don't know of many that had Jones ahead nonetheless. The NY crowd weren't happy with the verdict of course, but the vast majority of writers had Clay winning.

thats funny because if his record ended up like this......he would be rated much higher than he is historically.

you had hopkins-winky a draw? i thought hopkins easily won

Possibly, though a good portion of people agree he beat Tito and Mosley in the rematch, and half or nearly half the people think he beat a Whitaker say, so that I have him beating Mayweather (instead of say a Whitaker) probably won't make him THAT much more well regarded than he will be historically.

Really? I didn't see that. Winky did outland him and I feel unless you count Bernard's punches that were hitting Winky's gloves it was close. I'm fine with a close Hopkins win, but easy? No.

oscar is my favorite modern boxer so my scorecards may be a bit bias

:huh Wouldn't that make him 35-7-1? And personally, I scored the second Mosley fight for De La Hoya.

I can't go back and score De la Hoya vs. Quartey, nor De la Hoya vs. Whitaker at the moment. When I viewed those fights live, I thought De la Hoya had lost both times. I thought he lost to Sturm. I thought he lost to Mosley twice. Mosley did the most damage in their second fight. Going by that, I would have to say that he is 36 and 7. I thought Oscar beat Trinidad at a minimum of 7 rounds to 5.

If I give Oscar the benifit of doubt, I'll give draws vs. Whitaker and Quartey. That would make him 36-5-2.

oscar easily won at the very least 7 of the first 9 rounds in the trinidad fight, so oscar definetley deserved the verdict.

oscar with that blistering final round (10-8) won him the quartey fight IMO....by 1 point

Having now seen the Taylor fight, make that 40-6-2.

    What a HORRIBLE fight.

The first ten rounds was Jermain Taylor vs. Cory Spinks all over again. Bernard Taylor was throwing no more than 15 punches in any of the first ten rounds (meaning about 3 flurries) and would spend the rest of the time on his bike. Pedroza followed him around like a clodding mule with no idea about how to cut the ring off.

Pedroza did conserve his energy though and came on big in the later rounds with his body punches, sweeping most of the last third of the fight and giving him the edge in the end on my scorecard.

If anyone was thinking of getting hold of this fight, I'd seriously urge you to rethink it. Nothing here to see, just a god-awful fight.

    Anyway, my card:

    146-144 Pedroza.

Taylor winning rounds 1,5,7 and 9.
Pedroza winning rounds 4,6,11,12,13 and 14.
    Rounds 2,3,8,10 and 15 even.

And before anyone asks why so many even rounds, well I ask in return, how does one score a round where NOTHING (literally) happens?
