Contender for PBF??? Why . . . what title does PBF have now? :think

A contender for the "former p4p #1" title?

    :D :rofl

That's almost as delusional as the thought of the fight happening itself.

yes, but not just yet. Khan has got a dodgy chin, but he's got all the skills in the world. Remember, he's really only just starting out, and he's been thrown in the deep end as of late.

If he keeps winning, gets some experience, and keeps learning in training, all of which he shows signs of doing, Khan can be a contender. Absolutely.

It all depends on how he develops his defence. Khan + good defence = contender.

It was during Sky Sports News extensive coverage of his visit over here. He said he loves the UK etc., would like to buy a house here and fight at Wembley Stadium. He said it wouldn't be right to fight Ricky Hatton again, but maybe Amir Khan. He was smiling at the time, but make of it what you will...

If Khan somehow avoids a loss for the next 2 years, I can guarantee the fight will happen. But with his chin, I doubt that will happen.

The gate on UK fights is way bigger than in the States.
A fight like this could get up to 50,000 at a stadium.
Thats about 4 000 000 GBP on gate alone.

Despite the fact Amir Khan has little to no chance of winning, imagine if he some how lucked out on the win (ala the Barrera fight). That would be one quick way to bury Floyd's legacy.

Someone close this godamn thread. People shouldn't be allowed to post while on crack (which incidentally is why Crackhead Whitney Houston isn't allowed on ESB).

He won't. Thats why they want to get him a big fight asap (as long as he wins his next one).
