PBF is my favorite fighter, but any answer other than no would be downright idiotic.

To fight who? Jermain will go to 168 after the Pavlik fight, Pavlik will probably move up to 168 after a few defences and after that who is left at 160 to generate any kind of big payday to make PBF consider the risk? Floyd is not even gonna go back up to fight at 154 let alone 160.

    He's utterly great.

He's cleaned out **** all at 147 though.

Nothing is impossible, but 160 is a bit much at this point. Don't think Mayweather would go up there away.

Oscar was not the best fighter in the 154 division.

I'd consider him a strong favorite against guys like Sturm/Castillejo as well.

...and with Abraham's horrible workrate he could probably cruise to an easy UD.

Floyd isn't strong enough to keep Pavlik or Abraham off of him. Abraham could close the distance and blast Floyd with his brutal power shots on the arms, shoulders, body, until he eventually finds him. And Pavlik would keep him at bay with the jab, cut off the ring, and land something big. Both beat Mayweather. 154 is the highest he should go, and even at that weight, he has limitations. I could see Vernon Forrest beating him there.

even 154 would be too much for PBF

160 is weak but PBF doesn't have a shot unless he picks carefully

Going up that far would just be stupid. I've never understood the big deal over hopping weight classes -- I like seeing Mayweather at his very best, and his very best is at the low classes where he retains his true speed.

floyd should not risk being beaten by big guys he should never have fought in the first place. Losing to them he'll have all the excuses in the world. At 147 he is the best and if ever he gets beaten by a 147lb fighter then he cannot make excuses(Cotto would have a chance).
