No he doesn't. He flukes the odd one in 10000, that's all. Against pulse less dead beats too. He needs to find a new line of work.

I don't see anything special in Canelo, TBH.

Lee's got a puncher's chance, but that's about it for me.

Still, if he does pull it off, there's no reason to believe Canelo-Cotto still wouldn't happen. It just makes too much money and is an entertaining fight in its own right. Plus, if Lee does win, it'd probably be via come-from-behind knockout- I can't see him making Cotto look bad enough to make Canelo-Cotto unsellable under any circumstances.

The only fallout is that we may see Canelo have a little bit more of a negotiating advantage since he won't have to be as willing to compromise if Cotto doesn't have the middleweight title.

This, but I think he will get a Tune up in Between where he looks amazing, and dominant.

Lee will be the tallest opponent (6ft2) Miguel has ever seen in the ring . Interesting to see how Miguel deals with his height

He also has a good punch and is nowhere near handicapped like the one-legged Martinez .

On the other hand , If someone as mediocre and one dimensional like Chavez Jr. got the best of Lee and stopped him in 7 , Honestly I don't think Miguel has much to worry about .

If Cotto comes in with his best and don't underestimate his opponent (Hes never does)

He will get the job done .

"People's mouth"?, a few crybabies that thought Lara won don't represent the people and fans as a whole. I, as many others, thought Alvarez won this fight. Some fans just don't want to score power shots to the body and only focused on Lara's one twos which rarely came with power behind them.

Its because some fans realized that most of Canelos bodywork was not landing cleanly and was ineffective with his entire offense overall .

I also seem to notice a few crybabies who like to ignore the fact that Canelo was missing wildly hittin nothing but air , thanks to Laras ring generalship .

People who say Canelo won never reply back to counter that fact .

They ignore it and then go on to say "All Lara did was run...." as their defense

Canelos eye def said there was power behind those shots .

    Not too likely.

Cotto's best hope there would be to run and potshot. Lee's too big and Strong for Miguel.

Flukey or not when it lands it's nap time, so he throws it with good technique. Also cotto has taken more beatings than lee.

Maybe He won in most eyes on this website , but a lot of fighters especially Mexicans fighter admit that Canelo lost to Lara .

Former two division world champion Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero is one of many people who believe that Lara did enough to deserve a win over Canelo last Saturday night.

ROBERT GUERRERO -“I watched @Laraboxing fight in Mexico yesterday and mostly everyone including me thought he beat Canelo. #Boxing #Rematch,” Guerrero said on his twitter.

There’s a quite a few people who feel that Lara deserved at least a draw out of the fight, if not a victory, because Canelo didn’t do enough to show that he was a clear cut winner.

Mancini, like many other boxing experts, feels that Lara out-boxed Canelo for 12 rounds, but ultimately lost the fight to the house fighter, the guy that brings in more money for the sport of boxing.

RAY MANCINI -“Canelo’s an ordinary fighter, there’s nothing special about him,” Mancini said to Boxing Channel. “Lara won the fight as far as I’m concerned. Lara gave him a boxing lesson. There’s a thing called ring generalship. But he [Lara] don’t sell two tickets. Canelo’s the house fighter, he got that. It’s better for business. It’s called show business. But Lara won the show. His [Canelo] trainers, nice guys, don’t know anything. In the Mayweather fight, they told him nothing. They were exposed, he was exposed. In the Lara fight, they didn’t tell him anything different. Every time Lara threw a punch down the middle, he caught him. He [Canelo] ain’t learning nothing. He’s a power guy. Put a guy in front of him, he’ll knock down a building. The guys that move give him problems.”

Mancini basically thinks Canelo was given a decision over Lara that he didn’t deserve and that he was exposed once again and shown to be a limited fighter.

Floyd Mayweather Sr - "Canelo looked worse against Lara than he did against Floyd"
