    This isn't necessarily true. The only meat I eat is a bit of tuna or other fish maybe once a week, if at all. I had a blood profile and it showed that my protein and iron levels were actually very high. I don't take supplements either, I just eat a balanced diet. Young guys, especially on this board, are protein obsessed. They think they need far more than they actually do to be healthy and strong.

    I have a question for ya Steamer, I know you're quite familiar with this protein shake so I have to ask, what is the fat content of horse sperm?

    how is it a balanced diet if you eat meat once a week, what is your definition of a balanced diet?

    A diet that gives you all the nutrients you need to be healthy. Meat isn't the only protein source on earth.

    obviously, but its hard to imagine having high protein levels while only eating meat once a week.

    Wouldn't that depend on how much protein she gets from other sources? :think

    Meat isn't needed to get enough protein, but it helps in getting the full range of amino acids since it's a very complete source of protein.

    That would make sense, she's not a bodybuilder nor does she currently have huge amounts of muscle to maintain.

    I'm a boxer, not a body builder. Besides, I like my kidneys too much to overload it with an excess of unnecessary protein.

    You need to lift weights, drink 7 protein shakes a day and take creatine if you want to win fights Amy. That oldschool **** you're on isn't working :-(

    Yeah, it obviously hasn't gone well so far. :-( :lol: Despite the fact that she has more fights and more wins than probably anyone else in this section.
