It would have been seen as a wonderful achievement considering Alexis would have been crowned a 4-weight world champion, but I don't think Pryor achieved a great deal in his career anyhow. If he had been defeated by Alexis in '82, I could see his career falling by the wayside a lot earlier than it eventually did, ridding him of any meaningful legacy to speak of. Pryor would have probably been remembered for being a good belt holder at 140lbs as opposed to being one of the divisions very best operators. Outside of the Arguello victories, what really stands out as being particularly impressive on Pryor's resume?
