    1. Wlad

    3. Povetkin
    4. Helenius
    5. Haye
    6. Chagaev
    7. Valuev
    8. Ibragimov
    9. Maskeav
    10. Liakhovich
    11. Dimitrenko
    12. Pulev
    13. Boytsov
    14. Fury
    15. Mormeck
    16. Ustinov
    17. Pianeta
    18. Glazkov
    19. Gerber
    20. Wawrzyk
    21. Wach
    22. Pala
    23. Price
    24. Chisora
    25. Sosnowski
    24. Timur
    25. Harrison
    26. McDermott

I would have him somewhere around Pala and McDermott. Basically he would be the 22nd or 26th best Euro in this current era.

I would actually have ranked him a top Cruiserweight today, but I guess low top 10 currently as a HW (on his complete resume).

Cooper would probably be campaigning at Light Heavy or Cruiser, I'd have him number 1 LHW in Europe, or 4th best cruiser, Afolabi Huck and Lebedev are better.

ATG 'European' HW, he was a long time standing European champion although of course he only fought in the Micky Mouse Soviet era of European boxing, ie the **** era of European boxing.

He'd be the long-reigning WBO light heavyweight champion (won vacant, obviously), being promoted by a certain droopy ear lobed british promoter. That partnership would inevitably end in very ugly bitter public fallout, being dragged out in court for years.

I think he'd struggle at cruiserweight, and would be making weight at LHW and would be fighting below european level in my opinion, tony bellew probably beats him

If today's era is the worst of all time as many people think, why does nobody think someone who was once a top 5 heavyweight, and spent 7 years ranked inside the top 10 by ring magazine, would cut it as a heavyweight today?

Yes, that's what anyone will remember him by... probably being cheated out of a win against Ali. (the cut glove incident)
