I really liked Benn back in the day, but he would of lost real big to RJJ with his wide punches and his defence was not all that good. Barkley came in there with a poor gameplan that put him into fighting Benn's fight. McCallum had him beat when they counted to a thousand when he was punched out of the ring. What I really did not like about Benn was his poor sportmanship. After a loss, he wants to retire. He was still one of the best at 168 and I feel he would beat each and one of the six. Ward would have the best chance though.

RJJ would have been exposed, benn would have swarmed him and exposed that fragile jaw long before Tarver and Johnson did, RJJ never fought anyone as aggressive as Benn.

McCallum never fought Benn, McClennan however didn't have him beat, as clearly he beat the count and fought a war with one of the biggest lb4lb punchers in boxing, so this is just silly talk.

Roy Jones would have absolutely beat benn and knocked him out after catching him with a bunch of flush shots. Roy was an absolute animal on his way up. He had devestating power in his prime from 160-175. Benn was always being caught off balance also and roy would have made him pay.

McClennan's first knockdown thru the ropes would have put him out the ring in the states where the ring doesn't end 3 feet past the ropes. But they weren't in the states and he recovered from that bomb he took in one of the gutsiest, gritiest, ugliest, sadest fights I ever witnessed.

I disagree on Rjj, and you using the sates as an objective viewpoint for teh mcClennan KD is absurd, they don't even score KD's over there, they also allow headbuttinga nd cheating! nothing like that happens in Honest England

getting knocked down through the ropes gives a boxer a count to 20 to recover.

I would favour Benn against any of the fighters in the Super 6, except for maybe Froch, Which to me could go either way, due to styles making fights (thats not to say Froch is the best).

Benn was an animal in the ring I have never seen a fighter who like a war as much as Benn. His chin was better than most think, he was sometimes reckless and would get hit and hurt but had very good powers of recovery and usually came back with even greater venom and aggression.

I think he would be too much for AA early. Benn always starts fast and I could see an early KO for Benn before AA can get going.

Froch's defensive flaws would be his undoing against Benn. He would be durable enough to take last a few rounds but he can't keep eating shots against a puncher like Benn who would beat him too the punch and stop him in about 8-9 rounds.

Kessler with his jab and straight would keep Benn at bay for a while but I think he lacks the speed and elusiveness to stay away and either loses a close decision or gets stopped late.

Dirrells style would give Benn fits and it's possible he could get a decision but Benn is bound to land something big at some point and when he does it's all over. So Benn by KO.

Ward based on his win against Kessler maybe all round good enough to earn a tough decision but it's hard to say, he still has a lot to prove.

Ward,AA, And Dirrell has a good chance of beating Benn

The rest of them would most likely Lose to Benn badly

If Benn was in the Super 6 its fair to say he'd probably get knocked out. And knock a few people out.

I was a very big Benn fan but since I started coming to ESB, the fanboys ALMOST make me think otherwise.. Funny how that happens
