    It basically can change the trajectory of a fight, it'd be like a penalty kick so it does kind of make sense, look at Broner vs Maidana, he whacked him hard after the bell and was walking him down in 12 as an example. But I am disagreeing unless we clear up exactly how severe the foul would have to be, Ortiz's headbutt for example deserved the first shot, but not the second shot.
