Only someone insecure with his own sexuality would think about having sex with another man just because they are on the ground fighting. With that said if boxing just got rid of all but one champ in each weight class people would start getting back into watching it.
I like UFC cards but I don't feel I ever get enough and they are always PPV so I don't think they would put many more on. Boxing give me a steady stream of enjoyment. Sometimes I realise I have to wait ages for certain UFC cards.
We have broken it down before and compared a boxers career to an MMA's career, and it turned out that starting out in boxing you get peanuts compared to MMA. MMA fighters are just simply promoted better, and before all you boxing fans jump on board and call me an ******* remember that I am a huge fan of boxing. I get so frustrated when I see great boxing matches go unnoticed because it isn't the main event.
Note to my last post: casual fans are in greater numbers in MMA so that grabs the PPV's as well and people are willing to show up to MMA events when they happen to get tickets free from work and what not. I had a friend at work tell me yesterday that he wasn't impressed by Manny Paqioau because he his only a 145er and those guys really can't fight. I was pretty annoyed.....
