Do you think Brock would have come decent heavyweight pro if he chose boxing instead wrestling?

No, he can't really take a meaningful punch.

Only athletic specimens like Nichols can cross over to boxing. If you're gonna cross over sports you have to be a laboratory creation like "the worm"

He would have been a terrible boxer, like Andrew Hatley bad. Body composition is all wrong for boxing. No chin. I mean he just didn't have the tools period.

Who knows what any of us could have achieved if we had dedicated all our life's to it. Brock has just as much chance as the next man.

If he started young, and learned to relax in the ring when on fire, with his physical ability, he would be a force to reckon with. ..
Physically he can take a good punch no doubt, but he would need to learn how to mentally take a punch

He seems to mentally not be able to take a punch from the big guys. Every time he has been hit he literally cowers up and wants out.

What is all this lack of chin talk? No one really flat lined him. He's not Overeem, even Cain got KTFO

Brock would have been a terrible boxer.

No speed, all stiff and clunky, ho-hum technique, can't take a punch (mentally) and has a tendency to gas out. As a wrestler he is explosive and can use his massive body to take a guy down and pin them. From there on out the other guy is working uphill trying to get that slab of beef off him. Any competent boxer would lump him up and the world level guys would turn him to spaghetti bolognaise in the ring.

You heard it here first :deal:

I agree totally and it wouldn't even take meaningful shots for Brock to go straight into his shell as he as has always hated and reacted badly to being punched, even in attack without the threat of takedowns Brock who has terrible technique would be slow and useless all round

He'd be as good a boxer as CM Punk is an MMA fighter.
