If Broner demolished Paulie could he then fight May?

Say if Adrien slaughtered Paulie, stopping him early. That would make him a legit opponent for Mayweather IMO and I'd love to see the two square off before Mayweather retires. If Broner beats Paulie impressively, then another top welter I think then the fans will be calling for Mayweather v Broner.

Good but weird fight. Like a parrot fighting its image in the mirror. Potentially a real tough fight for an aging Mayweather.

Money would school Broner, Broner is the most overrated boxer out there next to Wilder.

Could he get a fight, yes, would he be even remotely competitive, no. Broner has shown me nothing to suggest he is even a level below Mayweather, he would get schooled so bad, total mismatch.

Personally I'd like to see the fight made to one once and for all end these comparisons between Pretty boy Floyd and But ugly Broner. Other than being brash and annoying there is no real comparison between the two fighters, it's like the Lacy and Mike Tyson comparisons when Lacy was undefeated.

Broner would need to beat some top guys at 140, Lucas, Garcia or some names at 147. Devon, the ghost, Maidana, Khan, Ortiz etc.

Adrian Broner will get found out soon enough the only way he is getting in the ring with Money is if he helps him carry his belts to the ring.

This fight would never happen....they all of a sudden became best 'friends' to avoid media rising a fight between the two.

They're good buddies. A reporter asked Broner this a few weeks ago, he ended up giving the reporter the middle finger.

I think FLoyd will take him under his wing the next few years and once he retires he'll essentially be passing on the torch to Broner.

I think people are underrating Broner here he's a great young talent, only 23 years old, above average defense and a very good offensive fighter with good combination punching and accuracy. He's still a notch under a 23 year old version of FLoyd though, Mayweather's defense is much more sublime and I actually think Floyd at the lighter weights was just a helluva offensive fighter, very versatile style where he could fight you on the inside or outside.

They won't fight though unless Broner decides to start acting like a dick to him, and more importantly, strings together a few impressive victories over top quality guys. Maybe he can meet him down the road, but still highly unlikely.

How can you say Wilder is overrated? I have seen posts about him on three boxing websites and never seen anybody give kudos. I have yet to see one fan ride Wilder's nutts. No one expects great things of him. The common wisdom is he'll pull a David Price nose-dive first time he steps up.

Please provide quotes (quotes of fans, not Wilder's quotes from Wilder's mommy) that overrate Wilder.

Since when did Malinaggi become the gateway to fighting Floyd?

Indeed, I thought that was Andre Berto.
