If Brook loses to Spence, will you be saying "weight drain" or "Spence skill"?

Brook has come prepared. He will make the weight . Will be better
prepared than Canelo. May the best man win.

 

It will be because of how good Spence is, but neither man is actually suited for WW. I truly believe that both will perform better at 154, but because both of them are cutting a lot to make this it kind of cancels itself out.

Brook is doing what he has to do and taking a chance. He could have acted "Hollywood" and dropped the belt but he took on his mando. He is levels above Amir Khan in my opinion, who just punked out the minute Garcia loss that WBC 147 title. He wasn't talking that Silver belt mandatory **** to Thurman at all.

 

Ehh, its possible that Brook will be affected by the weight loss. Sure Spence is big too but he didnt have to come down 13 lbs from his last fight and hes not coming off an orbital socket injury. Its a tough call so id say it all depends on how Spence wins the fight if he does win.
I think the only way you could see the weight issue being a legit problem is if Brook comes out like house of fire but then fades and gets ko`d because he simply doesnt have the stamina to keep up the pace. Another way would be if he just looks sluggish and not as sharp as he usually looks. Other than that i dont really see how anyone can make an excuse. I think he`ll be ready and have a good performance. Whether he`ll win or not who knows but people seem to be dangerously high on Spence.

 

Neither guy will lose in this fight if they both come to fight... I think even the loser of this fight will come out a winner, just like the vlad v Joshua fight...

 

Draining will only be an excuse if Brook is visibly drained by the mid rounds or looks extremely gaunt. We shouldn't assume off the bat that he can't make the weight. He signed the contract a while ago so he knew what he was getting into and presumably formed a plan for making the weight. All a part of camp.

 

Depends on how the fight goes. If Spence is obviously muscling his way against Brook then yeah I'd say weight drain. But if Spence is outboxing, landing cleaner punches and beating Brook to the punch I'd say Spence is just a cut above Brook.

It is well known that Brook finds it a struggle to get to 147 but that's not an excuse if he loses.

He could have moved up after Golovkin, he had options but he has chosen to fight Spence Jr so he must feel the weight isn't going to kill him.

My thoughts are on the opposite side, if Brook beat Spence Jr up I'm sure all the people who are big on Spence Jr will start back tracking and give Brook little to no credit.

 

This is another stupid ads opinion, every single ****ing topic is not only black or white. Spence is MORE talented and more a destructive force.

Surely you can't discount the previous fight of Kell Brook, especially since Kell Brook ascended 2 weight classes and got his face broken by one of the Top 3 hardest punchers in the sport.
