If Brook's moving up from welterweight, why would he keep a welterweight belt, even if he was allowed to (which he isn't). And if Brook is a 'nobody' what does that make Spence?

 

He hasn't decided whether he is moving up or not yet and has defended the belt in the last 12months. How long did Ward hold onto a Super Middleweight title without defending? 3 years maybe?
