...He only has two options. Alvarez in Sept 2017 or the Ward/Kovalev winner. I'm thinking Bumlvokin had better soon put the pen to paper for the Alvarez fight in Sept before that ship sails leaving his only option a sure ass-whipping for a big fight...
A very big fight would be with BJS in UK. All the belts on the line, the brits would flock to see Gennady become undisputed. Eubank jr also is a money fight that could be done in 2017.
Golovkin dont care to much about Andre Ward IMO, and Sergey Kovalev is one of his best friends in private life. So I doubt we'll ever see either matchup
You're delusional. Answer me one question: WHO exactly has Bumlovkin beat to deserve a fight with Canelo???
Maybe someday Golovkin can get his resume up to par with legends like Liam Smith, James Kirkland and Matthew Hatton to earn a fight with Canelo, right?
Yeah but at least Canelo is fighting alleged elite fighters like Austin Trout. According to Pimp C, Austin Trout is head and shoulders above anyone Golovkin has beaten.
You only said big fights in 2017. For US, Jacobs fight is at big as it gets for GGG. And thats not much. But the UK ones are very good options.
Golovkin don't want no big fights! His idea of a "big fight" is fighting a welterweight at 100:1 odds in front of 18,000 "foreign" and opponent fans. Likely, Golovkin and K2 will try to remain in the UK where they can use British loyalty to obtain better numbers than they did in the US using Gonzalez's fan base. Now that Gonzalez has jumped the train and left Golovkin with his 8,000 fans, K2 needed to find other boxers with built-in fan bases. Thus, The UK. I expect K2 to try to make the fights with Eubank, Saunders, or maybe even Selby. All of whom have larger fans bases than Golovkin.
