Since last June I have been trying to subscribe to boxnation online.
Their partners for this are livesports.tv
4 months of being fobbed off and 25+ email exchanges by their customer service (email only) department and I still get this logical issue where it asks you to choose the subscription type and there are no options to choose.

My brother had the same thing on his pc. I am 99% sure anyone in republic will have this issue if they try it.
Can you do me a favour anyone, and just try to pruchase it (dont follow through) by verifying that in fact, nobody in the entire republic can subscribe online because their website has a design issue which doesn't allow it. I am amused by this because you can imagine how companies like prime time to so well with online purchases even in ROI. Where as these guys don't seem to care that their losing $$$ because their support team won't even bother to raise the issue with the web design guys. Its absolutely redicolous! Maybe I'll send them my cv telling them I can guarantee an increase in revenue on day 1 lolatsch

 

There is no ROI option.
Just to be clear, I am talking about subscribin to livesports.tv for online viewing.
Not online payment to boxnation via sky/Virgin.
When did you last subscribe online to livesports.tv?

 

yes tried 3 and other people I knowh having this issue too.
problem is there is no option to choose under subscription type. Its a logical error not a technical one.

I don't know about that. I don't have sky plus, thats why I am trying the online version via livesports.tv

Funny enough though I tried to ring boxnation and their customer support rep was like "it's not our problem we don't handle the online issues" so I emailed livesports.tv but they just kept fobbing me off on email. They don't have a technical support phone number.

 

Hi everyone: Update on Boxnation Online. The customer support team from Performance Group called me with an explanation as to why I can't purchase it online.
It's not available to anyone in Replublic of Ireland. The livesport.tv website has geo restrictions because livesports.tv (a subsidiary of Performance Group) don't have a license to sell it in the Republic.

I am guessing those of you who have it either have vpn to a UK IP address or you live up North?

Is this right. I told the guy on the phone that some of you here could access it and he said "it's not for sale in the republic of IReland". That would explain it I guess.
He did seem sympathetic that I can't legitimately purchase their cannell but said there was nothing he could do.
