I only see him beating Green, Taylor (cuz' Taylor will gas-out) and Maybe Abraham. Everyone else has too much skill. Because in reality...He got Starched by Andrade in the first fight. And he just beat Miranda and my ex-wife could beat Miranda in 5.

yes green and taylor. green just isnt good enough and taylor would gas or fight very timidly like he did against arthur before getting caught.

i honestly think bute would do a number to froch. as strong as froch is, he is very stationary and has zero defense. bute would be able to pick him part from what i've seen of both guys. and i'll wait and see what kessler has left. i picked ward to beat him in bigbone's thread but in no way thought it would be that bad. bute may very well handle him as well. i think he could pick abraham apart with a similar gameplan as dirrell. bute does hold his hands low but i think he could do it. arthur has a punchers chance against anyone but my money would be on bute.

i think both ward and dirrell are the truth and wouldnt pick bute over either at this point.

He is a bum. Maybe he beats Taylor (only if Jermain gasses out)

Green, taylor, Kessler and then anyone else is 50/50 at best for him in my opinion.

he is untested. but so were ward and dirrell prior to the tourney and a lot of people could see their promise.

bute is a strong, quick southpaw who goes to the body better than anyone in the tourney. he has a lot of promise. but he does need to fight some good competition.

when the tourney is over, all the guys that i said he would/could beat will have so much top level experience on him.

He beats Taylor, Green and Froch.

I have yet to see him fight slick boxers such as Ward or Dirrell so I can't really tell, though I see him beating Dirrell.

He could outbox Abraham though he'd have to be careful and for Kessler, it depends of what version of Kessler shows up. I guess we'll have a better idea after the 24th.

At this point I'd favor him over all of them.

Green, Taylor, Froch, Abraham, Kessler, and Dirrell lose to Bute imo. I'm 50/50 on Ward.

Lucian "Saved by the Ref" Bute loses to Ward, Froch, Dirrell, and Abraham. He has a shot of out-boxing Kessler just enough for a win, but I wouldn't bet on it. Taylor is way past his prime but along with Green the only guys Bute would be favored to beat.

A "champion" who is about the fifth best in his own weight class and won't run with the big dogs. What a guy!
