Article came out recently where Bute's manager said they want Froch because Ward isn't a big draw and is difficult to come to terms with.

 

As I have said before, deep down The_President knows Bute is the primary threat to Ward's SMW supremacy and the fact that he's white burns his ass. To innoculate himself from that charge and obscure his rather unbecoming agenda, he trots Carl Froch out there as stalking horse.

The dude is as easy to read as a kid's picture book.

It makes sense, quite honestly. Fight Froch in either NYC or UK and add a much needed scalp to the resume before tackling Ward.

 

If he went for Ward right after Froch, I'd have no issue with that.

I think Bute, Ward, & Froch are all pretty damn close to each other (all A caliber) and mix'n'match them, its gonna be a hella competitive outcome. I give Bute the edge over the other 2 though. I have great fondness for both Ward & Froch....

if you can be sellable then the other fighters will want to fight with you,guaranteed .... look at Floyd , almost all of the people hate him, they say that is a *****,coward,chicken etc because he doesn't want to fight with Pacquiao but he still attracts interest ... big audience,money etc .... he's very marketable.

Yes, but then, after all, Bute is a fraud, nothing more than that (ironic). If that's so, I wonder why doesn't Froch want to make a fool out of Bute in front of his own fans. Besides that, C. Froch has also had some decision wich were to some extent influenced by the place the fight took place, and that is GB, so Bute could say the same thing when talking into consideration a fight with Froch in the britt's turf.

It's all about balls. Froch says in the media that Bute hasn't got any. If Lucian goes to England and wins with Froch, I'm going to see lots of guys here crying.

Bute fights either in USA - option nr. 1, or in Canada - option nr. 2. I don't think he will go to England to fight Froch, especially if Froch loses the final with Ward. A fight with Ward is improbable, the guy won't fight two difficult matches in a row. I would be surprised to see Ward - Bute after S6 final. Bute - Froch in Canada is definitely the more probable option here, especially if C. Froch loses the final and finds himself in a tough spot.

 

If Ward beat Froch.
Then Ward vs Kessler (Ward will win) and Bute vs Froch (Bute will win).
Then it will be (by haters and Ward people): Bute should fight Dirrel or Kessler before coming close to Ward...

Ward doesn't want to go near Bute. He prefers going back and fighting a guy he already beaten convincingly. Ward is a gentleman who already acknowledged that Bute is for real. But he won't go near him. Like Kessler and Pavlik (and in some way Johnson who didn't seem to wanna fight last Saturday).
