If he beats Dirrell, he's well deserving of such a fight.

He wont accept a low purse when fighting abroad and credible opponents wont fight in Canada for peanuts.

This is logical ? no ?

We had almost a deal with Froch with good purse and fighting in Nothingham but Showtime screw this up

Ok if Ward doesn't need Bute then how about this...Kessler-Bute square up(Pending Kessler beats Steiglitz) then the winner meets Ward to claim the throne to the division? Sounds like the best possible scenario for the division

That mean Bute need to wait at least 6-8 months , anyway if Showtime doesn't want Froch why Kessler!

Well, actually, Kessler vs Stieglitz is supposed to be around the same date of the next Bute's fight (april). I would say the best possible scenario for the division was almost a done deal before Showtime ****ed everything up.

Bute-Froch on april 14, main event of Sho' CB
Kessler-Stieglitz, same date, co-main event (delayed since the fight would be in the afternoon in Germany)
Ward-Anthony Dirrell around the same date, easy home fight like he said he wanted.

That could be a triple-header! (Is it possible? IDK.. lol)

    And then,

Bute-Kessler this summer in a double header with
Ward-Whoever it is, maybe Andre Dirrell

    Next fall :

    Bute(WBO/IBF)-Ward(WBC/WBA) :bbb:happy:thumbsup:yep

It is very strange that they gave the sport a great boost with the innovative S6,yet they now seem to be doing the opposite.:huh

I could speculate that Showime senses that Ward fights Kessler on HBO in April instead. That might explain why Showtime is anxious to make Bute-Ward now before it's to late.
