    I dont think that is a possibility. Gomez is tough and has solid fundamentals. But Cotto is a superior version. Great body punchers that are also very very good boxers are rare. Cotto beats the brakes off of him as long as he wants to continue.

    No, but it would probably happen. Easy fight for easy money. If Cotto loses, people would still rather see Mayweather fight Mosley.

    i highly doubt gomez will be able to pull out of this with a win.. but yeah, if my some "miracle," then PBF should fight Mosley, Cintron, and yeah.. even quintana thought I doubt he'll be much of a threat to PBF as the others would..

    Who's fans? Gomez's or Floyd's? If Gomez beats Cotto, he'll fight Margo, Williams or Quintana next most likely. Shane would get the Floyd fight.

    How come nobody seems interested in a Cotto/Hatton fight???

    That would be action packed regardless of who you think should or would win

    Hatton has very little chance to beat Cotto. Hatton ONLY stands a chance against people who are physically weaker than he is. A fighter like Cotto would man handle him and brutally destroy his face.

    Hatton is wayyyyyyyy overrated.

    As for the original question in the post... If Gomez beats Cotto, then I'm sure Cotto will get his immediate rematch. I'm sure if Cotto wins a rematch, it would probably lead to a trilogy. Then Floyd fans will say Floyd doesnt need to fight Cotto.

    I would love to see a Cotto/Hatton fight, but I just wanna' see Cotto/Mayweather a lot more..:thumbsup

    I'd love to see that fight. I think Cotto would really beat him up bad though. I'd rather see Judah vs Hatton.
