Who will Floyd fight as a replacement that could still generate interest and PPV sales? You injuries could happen and if it does, I think Floyd has to fight someone like GGG to save the event and the SHOWTIME asses.

Not happening, Floyd is never going to fight GGG. They would just postpone the event to another date, happens all the time. If they still wanted the date they would bring in a welterweight Like Devon Alexander. Only reason Floyd is fighting canelo is because Canelos the biggest name out there for a ppv. Floyd's not a middleweight, he doesn't want to fight at 154, why would he fight a big strong 158 GGG. There is no gain in that fight for mayweather, high risk low reward.
