Maybe the worst rebuttal I've seen since "Well he forgot POLAND!"

The simple fact is, Pavlik isn't worthy, the hype has caused Joe to call him out, not Pavliks boxing skills, which are very limited.

It's an annoyance to see limited fighters talk up their chances against great fighters, Joe should be allowed to fight Jones and the public should accept that Pavlik isn't anywhere near Joes level.

1st. Hopkins isn't gonna beat Pavlik. 2nd. I wanna see Kelly a bit more seasoned before takin' on Calzaghe. Perhaps a win over both Hopkins and AA first.

Only plausible one would be the winner of Dawons - Tarver (Dawson imo).

Pavlik is a prime p4p top ten guy; Joe should prove in the ring that Pavlik isn't up to his standards. Fighting a prime p4p guy is something joe has not managed to do in 15 odd years of boxing.

Personally I think Joe wins, but unless the fight happened nobody will ever know. The Jones fight is a joke of a fight, even Calzaghe himself has admitted such in the past. How can you stick up for Joe for a fight that even Joe himself doesn't believe in, and thinks shouldn't happen.

i stick up for him....1)i am a fellow countryman....2)he is taking this fight for some retirement money(cashing in).he deserves that after over ten years at the top....3)he is willing to fight on after jones jr. thats why i defend him.

Ya -- sure -- Pavlik is very limited. That's how he got to 89-8 as an amature. And of course being "very limited" is how he got to 34-0 as a pro while fighting everywhere from 147-170, because he is so limited. And then there are those terribley limited skills he showed by beating Taylor twice after Taylor took the middleweight world championship away from a living legend and beat the legend again in the rematch. Yep, Kelly Pavlik sure is limited.
