doesnt stop people from overrating Marciano who beat all geriatric all-time greats. Check out the classic forum in H2H matches they have him dominating Lennox Lewis, Holyfield, and Liston..............Yeah right:patsch

IF Calzaghe defeated both Pavlik and Dawson, then yes, I would certainly believe in him.

I think Calzaghe is going down hill fast from now on. However, big fights to be made, if he is quick. Not many fights left, but I think he may have more than one, if he's not injured.

The main choice is, does he prefer continued glory and money versus the possible loss on his record, how much is his undefeated status worth to him?

If he was to beat, in no particular order, two or three of the below:-
These fights can be made, believe me.

    Roy Jones
    Antonio Traver
    Chris Byrd
    Kelly Pavlik

Then he should be considered in my opinion one of the best ever, if not the best. Easily better than Lennox Lewis.

He would have beaten two former world heavyweight champions, the world champion in a Rocky film and the world number 1 middleweight. As well as beating the best at 168lbs over the past 11 years and then beating the great middleweight Hopkins at 175.

    Lacy, Kessler - both undefeated.
