Goldenhoya, how are you so sure Pavlik gets outpointed by Joe? Pavlik is no Jeff Lacy, Pavlik is light years better.

 

I think Calzaghe would fairly easily out point Pavlik, Joe is a lot smarter in the ring, he is a really classy fighter and as long as he got the strategy right I think it would be pretty one sided. I think Pavlik is overhyped and one dimensional, does he have a plan b,c in the ring like Joe usually has? I doubt it, tactically Pavlik isn't all that, lot of hype over him for various reasons, but I still wana see Calzaghe v Pavlik for Joe last fight, preferebly at the Millenium stadium in wales, that would be a fitting end to Joe's career.

no question jones is the draw in the US, and in boxing the US is what matters because thats where you're gonna get the big numbers

 

No **** Tarver won the rematch! If he would have won the first fight he would have fought Jones in 2000. You were blaming Jones for avoiding Tarver causing the fight to take forever, but I knew better than that and called your bull****, not an opinion but FACT! Just like you blame Roy for not making all these other fights. If you were wrong about Tarver do you think you could have been wrong about some of the others? It seems you just assume things without any type of proof.

Why do you keep saying styles make fights?? If you loose the title eliminator to a undefeated contender, usually the undefeated contender gets the shot at the title. Styles had nothing to do with Jones not fighting Tarver till 03, but Tarver himself not being able to beat Harding the first time which would have made him Jones' mandatory.

 

Why should Roy go overseas? Last time he fought out of this country he was subject to one of the biggest robberys of all time... He didn't go back, so what? He is still a legend so obviously he didn't have to.

Does Kelly need a plan B and C if his style works against Joe? Joe hasn't fought anybody on the skill level of Kelly Pavlik. I really don't think an Undisputed Middleweight Champion would be overhyped. I see the young Pavlik breaking down the shorter, older, less powerful and fading Joe Calzaghe.

 

How can Jones keep Joe off him when he gasses so.

That 1 fight attracted all attn 4 Joe probably more then he has gotten in his whole career. Like, an ex-supervisor of mine who was on Jones dick like a lot of u-he's a smart business man.
