    Any news on Diaconu lately? Is the fight with Dawson still on? I would love for the match to still happen, just to see Dawson destroy him.

    apart from his decision over Adamek, Dawson hasn't done much to prove himself as the number 1 LHW. He still needs 1 or 2 impressive wins before having the credentials to enter negociations with the likes of Calzaghe.

    Doesn't Dawson have a deal with Showtime?

    If that's the case then it could be a big problem. HBO is likely going to put up much better money to carry the remainder of Calzaghe's fights and I'm sure he'd rather take that than seek out Dawson.
