Dude, first of all, I'm an American fight fan. I'm not from Europe.

Secondly, watch who you're calling a noob, you pathetic low life!! I was watching boxing while your mama was still wiping your sorry ass!

If you want to discuss boxing, we can. But, you sound like you have the IQ of a salad bar...it would be redundant for me to put you in your place...I think God already beat me to it!!

Yep, I wake up in a cold sweat every night over Calzaghe never fighting the best. I mean I care so much that he ducked out of fighting the best while in Wales, I seriously am sleep deprived. :rofl

Boy, if only Joe Calzaghe wasnt a coward, then maybe I wouldnt be so obsessed with his cowardice.

It's true - look at the way Lacy was being hyped as the next big thing before he fought Calzaghe.

Look at the way Pavlik was being hyped as the next big thiing before he fought Hopkins.

Look at the way Dawson is being hyped as the next big thing because Calzaghe hasn't fought him yet.

Look at the hype starting up again around Taylor because he beat the aforementioned Lacy over the weekend.

It's funny because it's so true, and only the blind can't see it, and only those in denial won't admit it.

So you honestly believe, we guys like Hearns, Whitaker, Hopkins, Jones, Robinson, Leonard, Hagler, Ali, Mayweather, ect ect ect ect ect ect

That we'd care about some European ***** who didnt bother to fight the best, and would hold his sorry ass record as some accomplishment given the wealth of fighters we have. Are you trying to blow some European ****, so you are trying to get on their goodside or what?
Witty... If you stepped up your game, maybe you wouldnt seem like such a dumbass when it comes to boxing. just sayin.

Of the 9 fighters you named, only 2 are still active - 1 recently retired while the others are from at least a decade ago

And the fact that all of your posts are about Calzaghe indicates that you are definitely obsessed with 'some European *****'.

You want some European ***** Danny bhoy? You want some Kranski in your handski, you ***git?

Who would have been more "suitable" competition in your small mind for Calzaghe at 168? Who's the "best" as you put it, that Calzaghe ducked? Please enlighten me, moron!!

So? The point being they fought the best. They fought the best of their days in their primes. What the hell difference does it make when they fought? The point is, as an American, in a country with a hundred years of solid boxing tradition, why would I give a damn about some European cherry picker(oxymoron I know) who never fought the best in their primes.

Hell look at Bad Chad Dawsons record and look at Slappy Joe's.

Chad Dawson - Adamek, Johnson, Tarver

Slappy Joe - Kessler, Hopkins, Jones

Not that much difference. But wait for it... Dawson is only 26 lol. Joe is 37. :rofl

Sorry I dont swing that way Oliver Twist. But seeing as how Joe has been known for pickin cherries, maybe you can hit him up. You could have a right old jolly good time sweeping some chimneys together. :yep

:good Of course not. Duran is probably the most popular fighter on here and with many American boxing fans in general.

These mooks dont know what the hell they are talking about.

If he were american he would have fought Hopkins and Jones earlier in his career and got the **** beat out of him. So no he wouldn't.

    You're an idiot :yep

What's so good about Adamek? Funny you rate him when he's a Euro eh? :hey I wonder why he moved up to CW :think

    Johnson arguably beat "Sad Chad".

Tarver...what's a Tarver? Didn't he get whupped by that old **** that you idiots claim gave Calzaghe his toughest fight and could beat him in a rematch? Why does Tarver get rated?

Oh, I know...because he's on "Glad Chad"s resume as a 'W', just like Adamek and (arguably) Johnson :yep Were these guys 'the best in their primes'?

Stop denying so strenuously - I know you're a ***, why else would you be so obsessed with the Fighting Pride of Wales :yep

That's completely different. Those are latin fighters. For some reason European fighters are considered to be protected fighters and not legitimate. I'm just wondering why? Calzaghe has answered the call of every detractor up to this point and still gets criticized.

When is the last time you've heard the phrase "protected Mexican fighter"?
