If Canelo completely destroys Trout, will we ever see Canelo-Floyd?

Where was Canelo when Floyd was dominating at 21?

NO! You will find out on May 4th that every fight is not a big money fight for Mayweather.

Guerrero= significantly less than 1million buys ppv.

Canelo= More than 1.5 million buys if Canelo beats Trout.

What's funnier is that Pac fights Cotto, Cotto is shot to ****, past prime.

Mayweather fights Cotto, Cotto is rejuvenated, back to prime.

highly doubtful that Canelo-Mayweather happens, but we'll see

  8. Floyd shouldn't fight at 154 at all in these next 5 fights

Floyd would school Canelo at any weight!

If Floyd doesn't take the fight, he must be boycotted.

Like many, at best I "don't care for" Floyd personally and am only a fan of his obvious ring skills. Even then I don't hold too much stock, as I rate Sweet Pea (one of my all-time favorites) far above him and prefer JMM overall currently...speaking of defensive technicians in case you didn't realize.

As for the topic question... HELL NO  would be extremely surprised!

The way I see Floyd facing the winner of this fight is IF it's close and both look see-sawingly vulnerable and technically ugly throughout. Would qualify that by saying Floyd would still more likely fight Trout if he by some miracle wins in that scenario, because he'd "no doubt" do so by boxing as he's apparently much less powerful than Canelo. Floyd would then be able to manage Trout's power and easily outbox/slick him for the UD. Best believe Floyd is rooting for Trout with that opportunistic scenario in mind!

If Canelo and Floyd both have dominant wins and face each other, is it outlandish to say it might get close to 2 million buys? Well, about 1.8? I think it's possible.
