I was wondering the same thing. Criticise a fighter for not stepping up, and then blame him when the Champion uses a ridiculous reason to try to drain him down to a lower weight. :deal :thumbsup

The problem is that you all keep replying to these idiots. Leave a troll to post their hater BS, don't respond to it and see how they act. They'll keep talking to themselves until someone acknowledges them. Just stop replying to obvious troll/idiot posts and stop giving these fools undue attention. I just use the ignore list for people who consistently post nothing but garbage (shockmaster etc).

A ridiculous reason like Canelo never having fought at 160? Why should the fighter that has worked his way to the top by taking the toughest road give in to the fighter who is content fighting bum of the month?

I really should take your advice on board but I'm addicted to educating the hard of thinking.

    Well, let me think...

Oh yeah, how about the following facts:

He fought Cotto knowing that the winner HAD to fight GG.

    He's the lineal MW champ.

GG is a fellow champ and his mandatory.

He weighs in as a LHW on fight night.

    ??

Poor Canelo being asked to fight the big boys.

    :patsch

He'll be elevated from interim champ without having to fight for it.
