No. He still lost to Kessler. Ward would need to prove himself further. Joe wouldn't lose to Dirrell, Taylor or Pascal.

Same as eeryone else really. If he beats Ward then career wise you would have to say yes,

But H2H Joe wins nearly every round vs Froch. Too fast, too much stamina and would out work Froch

Joe is better skill-wise, but Froch is fighting a "Who's Who" of the SMW division.

    Joe never did that.

Manfredo? A shot-to-**** RJJ? An overrated Lacey (The black Abraham)?

Kessler is a good win. Hopkins is a brilliant win, but Joe had it easy with his opposition in his career.

He would have a better Super Middle record.

Calzaghe's win over Hopkins at Light-Heavy may not have been a masterclass but it was very impressive, particularly in hindsight.

I did think Froch already had parity in achievements but the wasn't as good if fought head to head.

If he beats Ward (big if) then I think it's very possible to argue that Froch is the better fighter. The only evidence you've got to compare is who they beat as they never fought and Froch is already comparable.

Calzaghe destroyed Lacey, but does anyone seriously not think that Froch would have done a similar number on him?
