If he wins and comes out of the tournament undeated, his record for me would far surpass that of JC's. I would love for him to win, but I struggle to picture it happening.

Kudos again though for having the balls to step in with stellar opposition.

Taylor looks really big in the video, also Abraham looks really small!

i know , but would love him to be the last man standing, dream!!

One thing about this tourney is that you have some sluggers and some defensive skilled cats involved..

I hope the cobra uses his arms as defense..he was nearly beaten by taylor but with his heart he came through..

Kessler is the crafty fighter who knows to deal with sluggers..

What they should do in this touney is instead of having seperate fights, have all 6 fight at once in the same ring, 3 minute, unlimited rounds like the old days, last man standing wins it (Froch).

If Kessler goes unbeaten and wins this tournament is his resume better than Joe's?

He fought what was a tournament in all but name with Lacy, Beyer and Kessler. I'm not sure who Froch is fighting in this tournament, but Dirrell is an unproven prospect, he doesn't cut the mustard. Kessler and A.N. Other (Abraham?) would be good wins, but Calzaghe has already been there with Kessler and would Abraham, Taylor and Pascal really surpass Eubank, Reid, Woodhall, Brewer, Mitchell and Hopkins plus other decent top 10 fighters like Sheika and Bika. I like Froch, but some are now using him as a tool to have a dig at Calzaghe in the same way they did with Witter against Hatton. Which is disrespectful to Froch if anything, the way he's going his accomplishments can stand on their own two feet without reference to anyone else.

He'd be up there with Calzaghe, it would at least be debate if he achieves this.

I would be shocked as hell if it happens, and its way too far ahead to contemplate.

I will back Dirrell to beat him. A leap of faith in a lot of respects, but Dirrell has a massive edge in skills and athletically.

You give Calzaghe's resume a bit too much credit, in my opinion. The only fighters who compare to the likes of Taylor, Abraham and Kessler are (obviously Kessler), Hopkins and Eubank, with Eubank being past it at the time.

I'm worried that this will fizzle out.

Imagine this was at welter a couple years ago and Hatton is in it. He get outclassed by Mayweather and destroyed by Pacquaio - why would he go on to fight Cotto and who would pay to see it other than Betty?

Hope to be wrong and will be getting tickets for the Froch v Dirrell fight when they come out, oh yes.
