Told you he's an idiot. You point out Pac tried to drain him and they want to point out the fact Pac tried to drain him two MORE pounds.:lol::patsch

all you've done on this post is confirm that the 145 fight was cotto's idea.

    The catchweight was Pacquiaos idea

143 was Pacquiaos idea (declared as medically unsafe)

    Cotto compromised with 145

How was Pac to know 143 was not safe? A compromise was reached at 145, a catchweight where Cotto said he would not be drained. Pac realized Cotto won't be drained at 145 (1 pound less than Clottey fight) and fought him.

If Cotto lost because he was "drained", why wasn't anyone screaming REMATCH at 147?

    :hey

bottom line, 145 was cotto's term.

    ....and back to topic.

if cw is such an advantage for the smaller fighter, why has there only been 2 fights of 13 high profile fight where the smaller fighter has came up on top????

Because in catchweight fights, it's only draining if it involves Manny Pacquiao.

i'm shocked that these anti-pac are taking a while or can't seem to come up with a clever direct answer to the question.

Nobody is saying he couldn't have, stop trying to argue points nobody is making to make it appear your're winning something. :verysad

Both of you know you cannot compare multiple fights from different periods with one common factor like that. Quit being stupid. Different fighters, different circumstances, you just can't compare them like that. And your question has been answered by multiple people on this thread, just because it's not something you want to hear doesn't mean they didn't answer.
