if chagaev was never going to be able to fight for the title, shouldn't meehan...

    have kept his no.1 ranking and finally been given his shot?

    he was shafted for 3 years while at the top of the rankings and was poised to get his chance until chagaev returned and they were forced to fight for the mandatory spot.
    now that meehan lost he has been dropped to no.8 or so.

    if chagaev was not going to get cleared, the meehan-chagaev fight for mandatory spot shouln't have taken place imo.

    meehan should have protested at least and said to make ruslan get in line behind him. why make meehan no.1 ranked for that long and then make him fight for the mandatory spot.

    meehan must be PISSED.

    I'd like to see Meehan finally get a title shot, hust so he gets bashed up, brutally Ko'd and then i don't have to see his name mentioned again, except for in "worst challenger of all time" discussion.

    Up to you whether you respect Meehan, or for that matter hate him.

    But in late 2004 Meehan should have had the HBO belt strapped around his waist.

    How Brewster got an SD in his favour after those 12 rounds is puzzling?

    The only non-**** fights for Haye at present would appear to be the Klits, and those fights continue not to get made.

    Yes, Kali would probably get creamed by Haye, but so will nearly everyone else they might throw in with him until he meets one of the Klits.
