...what would have been the result of some memorable fights that went the distance over 12?

    e.g. Andrade KO 13 Bute

I like the fact that these fights are only 12 rounds now...does anyone remember the lulls in action between rounds 5-10 during a 15 round bout? Not to mention, we would see more fighters end up like Oscar Diaz or Ali.

I would like to see title fights change to 13 rds just to eliminate or at least reduce extremely the chances of draws in title fights... can you imagine if Taylor and Wright went at it for one more round in their fight? and how that could have change the MW division most recent history?

Obviously, history would have changed if 15 rounders were still around.

15 rounds... Hmmm That means alot of boxers will die or end their career early.

too hard to judge a result, as fighters train differently for 12 than they did for 15.

as it stands, though, I'd favour Lennox Lewis against any heavy over 12, but feel he would be gassed over 15 against the very best.

More like TKO Jones, but probably a clearer decision.

    Berto KO14 Collazo.
    Vasquez KO 13 Marquez (III).
    Andrade KO13 Bute.
    Hopkins KO14 Pavlik.
    Hopkins KO 15 Taylor (I).
    Johnson KO14 Dawson.

I'd love to see a 13th round, but it will never happen.

Unless the Urango - Ngoudjo timekeeper still has a job...

    I wouldn't mind seeing a 13th round if a draw is declared.

Well, Hopkins was absolutly holding for his life in the later rounds. He was exhausted.
