If Chavez Jr was still a MW he'd wreck the entire current division

    Aside from GGG, ofc

Anyone in the current MW division not called GGG would get absolutely crushed by the ganja kid

paper champs including Cotto and Lee (whom Chavez already treated like a *****) are just lucky that Chavez is too ****in lazy to make the weight anymore and is entangled in promotional issues

    who agrees

Chavez Jr is a fat, slow, lumbering joke. Anyone decent will outbox the big clumsy fool.

That depends. Is he dedicating his time in full to his craft? Or is he walking around in pink Speedos while smoking weed?

Crippled Maravilla schooled him until he got caught. And he had a couple of "could go either way, that always went his way" decisions against decent opposition.
He would take a tremendous beating from Golovkin at 160 and even at 175 if that ever happens

He beat the **** outta Lee who couldn't even tickle him with his so called KO-of-the-year-worthy power

Almost KO'd Martinez when he was a legit #3 P4P, ruined him and turned him into a cripple. Miguel ¨Vulture¨ Cotto wouldn't be a MW champ now if it wasn't for Chavez

Cotto should've offered his wife and part of his purse to Chavez, it was just fair

Beating Lee is much to brag about. He's not very good really. Even then he was still beating Chavez pretty handily until the stoppage.

No current MW can beat Chavez aside from GGG

because only GGG posseses the humongous power that is needed to keep that walking piece of iron off you. Anyone else gets treated like a ***** and walked down like Andy Lee did

Whenever such a post pops up I just mention his fight with euro level Sebastian Zbik. Chavez was lucky to get the decision and the fight clearly showed up his weaknesses against a technically solid fighter without to much pop. He just isn't that good.

Chavez was drained to zombie like state in that fight and he still won thanks to superior bodywork and landing the harder shots

Non drained Chavez would have KHTFO

Disagree. Lee was able to outbox Chavez for a while, and was ahead on the score cards when he was stopped, Zbik fight was very close as well. Martinez completely schooled him, and won every round except for the 12th because he threw caution to the wind trying to the get the stoppage. Chavez is very limited, most of his advantages at MW had to do with his toughness, and size advantage. He's was not a world class fighter skill wise there...

Martinez wasnt crippled at the start of that fight.

Definately a chance ganja version of Jr gets schooled by fleetfooted boxer though, as long as they can punch a bit.

Honestly I think Jr is a talented fighter, I just dont think he really wants to be a fighter and it shows in his performances. Kinda sad really, if he had really wanted it I think he coulda been top shelf.

Only thing certain is that he would walk through everyone's firepower, I believe even Golovkins. He isn't the most difficult to outbox.
