Chuvalo had a lot of power,his lack was his poor skill to land the power shots in the correct place and moment

 

Chuvalo needed more than power to round out his game. He waa slow as ****, not the smartest fighter in the world, not very skilled, and when started falling behind in fights he would put on a minimal effort to make it to the final bell and preserve his dubious reputation for never being dropped (Bonavena disagrees on that count).

 

He'd probably have stopped a weary Foreman. He would've had a much higher chance of beating Frazier via stoppage, Ali would've still decisioned him.
