It's bull**** really. People expect experts out of you the second you drop a post. It takes awhile. I get this it's cool. I'd warn you that no one will take you're post seriously until around 1,000 posts .

To me it wouldnt be a huge upset. It would show pac is human and has limits. Clottey is a big welterweight.

It would be shitty for boxing cuz then the potential big money fight between Pacquaio and Mayweather wouldn't happen.

Clottey is the wrong fighter to overlook and that's what freddie roach is doing, pac and roach are still talking about mayweather and for roach to say pacquiao will ko clottey is enough for me to choose clottey.Clottey is playing this nice guy role right now of sitting back listening and watching roach talk, but come fight night we will see clottey walk down and punish pacquiao worse than he did judah.

Correct me if im wrong but this is the frist time Pac has fought a real live welter at 147? And added to that hes fighting a guy with a rock chin, body and someone who nearly defeated both prime Margraito and just past prime Cotto, an upset but not a great one.

As the thread starter I'd say if Clottey upset Pacquiao it would be a rather large upset if you take all things into account. 1) Clottey is a very good fighter, not a great one, he ALMOST beat Margarito and he ALMOST beat Cotto...so against the 2 best fighters he's faced he came close but didn't get it done. We have no real reason to think he'd finish an elite fighter other than he got "close" to beating other elites 2). How many times does Pacquiao have to kick a bigger guys ass for us to realize that it's an illusion? ODLH, Hatton, and Cotto all had people picking them because they were bigger...none of those guys were slick movers(at this point ODLH wasn't). This is just another "big guy" in a line of them 3). Clottey doesn't have his usual trainer because he couldn't get a visa to come over here. 4)He's not a particularly active fighter and at the same time not a huge finisher(20 ko's should be 21 because of the Zab fight). So he's not active against a really active fighter and doesn't have the equalizing power to finish him off.

Those 4 reasons are just some of the reasons why I'd consider it a major upset.
