Cotto can go up in weight and fight Verno Phillips for that wack IBF title at 154.

But i'm sure if Cotto beat Margarito that Floyd will be more than willing to fight him.

Not a popular choice but I would like to see him in with De La Hoya.

rematch with Shane Mosley .... would be a good fight and I think Cotto would beat him by a wider margin

I'm pretty sure it'll be Floyd Mayweather, if Mayweather loses to DLH then it's DLH.

Floyd isn't going to lose to DLH -- he's going to potentially stop him or win by a more convincing decision.

Floyd is too talented ... more talented than an opponent that DLH has faced.

He should tear Bobfather's ass, leave him and fight Floyd.

Don't think he's more talented than Whitaker to be honest.

Cotto should begin to unify the belts, so a bout with Quintana again or a bout with the winner of Clottey/Judah makes the most sense.

Not overall, but Whitaker was past it when he fought DLH and Mayweather has more power in his prime. So Mayweather is the most talented fighter DLH has faced.

:good Exactly bro, Once you reach Superfight status this is what happens. Cotto will not be allowed to have that many warm up's anymore. and unified championships don't mean much anymore besides cosmetics and to look good on paper IMO. Seems to me that "Ring" title has become the real census championship belt now.

As for a rematch with a Mosley, Quintana nahh! been there done that.
who knows maybe Cotto wants a rematch with Margarito depending on what happens in that fight?

Bottomline is Cotto is getting paid these next few years.
