    :rofl

Pacquiao fans won't be the ones grasping for excuses. I'll most likely make a life-ban bet, I'm that confident [I might wait to the see the weight it's at, though it doesn't really matter, it will just slightly alter my level of confidence].

Who'd come in fav for this fight ??

I'd say Pac might just be favourite.. meaning Cotto should get more than enough credit for winning it.

let me put this into perspective....if cotto was cut like he was against clottey, and had a tough time against a guy who doesnt throw a lot of punches....

i dont see how cotto would survive against MP

a cotto fight against manny is very dangerous... why do they want this fight at a catchweight were cotto has struggle... DLH gets a fight at 147, but cotto can't... people have to realize manny is not such a small guy himself when talking about height and reach when compare to guys like cotto...cotto is not the biggest welterweight as he was once believe, compare to a williams, margarito, or even clottey...

What about those who says Cotto was ruined already by Margarito?

    Will Pac get the credit?

if the fight is at 144 .the night of the weigh in cotto makes weight after he rehydrates he will be around 150-152 i think he should be fine but there is no doubt that cotto will need to work on his speed, conditioning, defense more speed then anything ...me being a cotto fan this fight is 60-40 in pacs favor ...i think cotto can do it but he needs a new trainer and a new cut man ...god forbid that cut re-opens its going to spell disaster and pac will take him out ...clottey couldent take him about but best belive pacman will ...im still rooting for my boy but he is going to have to prepare for this fight like its his last one :smoke

he had one of the best cutmens of the sport on saturday night... that cut would have force out 9/10 fighters... cotto show heart and determination... I would agreed though a new trainer with experience would be a great addition... this fight is being made up with all the advantages to manny... cotto listen to mosley when he said manny is not really that small the way they try to portray him...

No excuses if Cotto wins. I never once thought he was a quitter, I think most people here would have been happier if he slumped face first after the first knockdown and never gotten up. ( haha, who am I kidding. They will say he has a glass jaw).

On the other side of the coin there should also be no excuses should Pacquiao take this.

Then again that's a perfect world. I highly doubt boxing fans live in such a fantasy land.

Cotto win: - Pac was too small, Cotto had a size advantage, Pacquiao did not fight his fight.

Pac win: Cotto was overrated, he forced Cotto to go down three pounds (how dare he cherry pick), and an all time classic: Margarito RUINED Cotto so this victory has less meaning.
