Top 15 to 20 WW is probably one of the deepest division in boxing it has a rich tradition of greats.

sounds like a very unrealistic opinion to me. Name me 10 others who would have a better resume? 50, thats outright dislike for the man
Cotto. If anyone beats Mayweather, that is a huge victory alone.
Cotto's resume is old school; he fights all comers and all styles and
his record is very impressive already. Pac is not a legit welter, but he
is a p4p master. Wins of both these men, top 5 at least.

It'd have to be very high, definitely top 10

this is a good era for welters, and if he did win those 2 fights then he'd be the king of it no doubt.

H2H I dont think he matches up too well but youd have to give it to him on accomplishments

Well if he's able to do that, you'd have to match him up well h2h because those are 2 dynamic fighters, plus all the other fighters he beat that everybody thought he would lose to. C'mon Shane Mosley, Joshua Clottey, Mayweather and Pac, that's incredible.

If he beat Mayweather i'd say Top 10. More a reflection on how good Mayweather is then anything else Cotto has accomplished.

In the WW division? Naa man....your ****in' way off. If he beat those two he'd be in the top 15 minimally. If not the top 10.

I'd personally have him in the top 10.

He's not beaten a Hearns, a Leonard or a Duran - so he's top 50 for me. It depends how he beat them.

Top 20 for sure. I mean towards the top of the 20 list. Right now I rank him between 27 and 29. Beating Floyd in his prime would have him jump to 23-20.
