If Cotto gets KO'd early Pac that good or Cotto that shot?

In that scenario, at that level ya give credit to the winner. Yes Pac that good and same for Cotto if he wins

I agree 100% I personally think Cotto is going to easily beat Pac. If pac pulls this off, I will be one of the first to give him full respect.

Cotto is in no way shot. one loss doesnt mean you are shot. People say he is shot b/c he hasnt been destroying his opponents his last few fights. Anyone who is a true fan knows that Cotto's competition is best among all welterweights. So of course he isnt going to look all that good in all of the fights. What matters is that he got the W.

Again, if Pac wins, he is the man.

 

By the way, i really wish people would say tht manny's speed is goign to be the determining factor versus cotto. if you've watched Cotto's fight, you would realize that speed isnt something that helps much against Cotto. he was able to neutralize paulie, mosley, zab, and quintana all of which are superior in speed.

the way to beat Cotto or truly bother him is to be bigger and stronger. you must be able to physically impose yourself on him and wear him down. that is why mosley, margarito and clotty did so well.

i'm sorry, but pac will not be able to do that. that is why he will not win. cotto will neutralize his speed and beat him.

 

Cotto`s not shot no matter how you slice things but if he is KO`d early it will certainly suggest he has lost something when you look at his previous history - just 1 loss & he took it to rd 11 & pushed himself to the limit in that one.

All credit should go to Pacquiao tho & he will likely come in a slight favourite or even money vs Mayweather, which is good for me because I want to bet on Mayweather vs Pacquiao.

But Cotto will win. I have a ton of respect for Manny and hope he gets many more big fights.

If its close there's no shame in losing for ether fighter. They are both great fighters.

Cotto's probably shot or maybe he could not handle a HUGE WEIGHT DROP OF ABOUT ONE OR TWO POUNDS! Pac has very limited skills to beat a prime Cotto at his best weight but lucky eough to have won six championships in six different divisions! Of course, I would not be surprise if Pac KOd Cotto in early rounds because that's how lucky he really is!

PAc is already THAT GOOD. People talk about things he cant do . But the things he can do ...

 

You have to give Pac respect if he is able to KO Cotto. It means his power is legit at welterweight. I don't see Pac catching Cotto with a punch that will KO him though. I think a TKO would be more possible vs Cotto then a KO.

Im more interested in seeing how Pac responds to getting hit by Cotto though. As im not convinced he could handle a Cotto's power. If Cotto regains his old form and walks right through Pacmans punches early. Pacman is in serious trouble.
