If Cotto gets past Margarito...

    Who should he fight if a fight with Floyd can't be made?


    My pick is Clottey or if Williams beats Quintanna then Williams before Clottey.

    williams if he wins in the rematch with quintana
    maybe if williams gets 1 more fight between

    shane if he beats zab and pw lose
    zab if he wins impressively against shane

    maybe against mayorga even tho that fight seems like it would be stupid cause mayorga would get chewed

    The fight will be made ... its too easy of a fight for Floyd - for him not to make the fight happen.

    Leave it up to Margarito to soften him up ...

    A fight between Cotto and Mayweather is easy work for Mayweather ... a guy thats going to come straight at him is going to be an easy night for Floyd. Cotto's not going to counter ... he's just going to walk straight in to some heat.

    Your on every Cotto thread possible just to bash him. Did he **** your mother or somthing?:huh Get off his **** already you ******! If you don't like him or think he's overrated like you've said a million times over then stay on the Mayweather express threads!!! I respect everyones opinions and predictions but i'm getting sick of comming on ESB and reading youe posts on EVERY Cotto thread. Its always the say ****. Just **** off please :plzdie

    you act like Floyd is youre favorite superhero.. whenever someone mentions somebody fighting or posing a threat, you come in and act like there is no way anybody can beat mayweather.. like hes the best in the world without a single challenge..

    anyways, if Cotto can't get the Mayweather fight after Margo, then I'd say either Clottey or Paul Williams.. there isnt really anybody left in the WW division..

    IMHO, afeter Margo, it doesn't get any bigger than PBF at 147. So should PBF is so reluctant to make the fight Cotto will only have two choices:

    remain at 147 and unify every title and completely clean up the division/wait for up and coming guys from 140 too.


    or



    make a move at 154 and make a noise there, maybe DLH can fight him.


    Although I think the latter might be difficult as Cotto has not outgrown 147 just yet. And me may be quite small at 154.

    If he can't get a fight with Mayweather if he beats Margarito, then I would like to see him fight the next most deserving challenger. Weather that be the winner of Paul Williams-Quintana, Mosley-Judah, or Joshua Clottey. I think that he would end up facing Clottey next if he can't get Mayweather into the ring with him. Clottey really deserves another title shot.
