If he can get close enough then I think body punches could be his key to victory. If Pac can stays on the outside, landing flurries and get out again. I can see the ref coming to a bloody Cotto's rescue in the later rounds.

If Cotto is to win then he must start fast. In his last few fights he has tened to slow in the later rounds. While Pac can fight all night.
