    So wait a minute!!!!

A lot of people had Shane predicted to easily beat Cotto.

But instead of Cotto getting the credit he deserves for beating a very active, and still dangerous Mosley, he gets no credit b/c Mosley aged during the fight.

Is it so hard to believe that Cotto is actually a lot better than most give him credit for. Is it hard to see that he is not just a one-dimensional fighter. Give him some props. Mosley had a hell of a fight and still has some fight in him left. He just wasnt the better man.

By Floyd saying Cotto is a great champion, he has recognized that Cotto has gotten better.

Hatton in his prime is really not that good. Honestly, what fight have you seen Hatton in that his greatly impressed you? He is terrible.

Yes a lot of people did that. And a lot of people picked DLH to overwhelm Floyd and be too big. But we both saw how that turned out. And since it turned out like that. DLH is shot and done. And Floyd gets little credit.

    It works both ways.

I think Cotto is very good. I dont think hes good enough to beat Floyd but hes good. If Shane had fought Floyd and got outboxed Shane would be called a shot fighter and Floyd hand picked him.

Well seeing your answer I guess you paid little attention lately.

To get Floyd, Cotto ''must'' beat dlh. Why? Because that would make him an even bigger star and so more $ for the fight with floyd. That is just the way how it goes. DLH is THE ticket for cotto to fight floyd.

What I am saying now has been posted here many times for the last 7 days.

I definitely see your point on people's opinions on the FLoyd/DLH fight. I didnt want them to fight personally b/c I didnt feel Oscar was the same fighter. I only want floyd to prove he is the best by fighting the best fighters during his era.

In the end, we can all sit here all day and argue who's win is better and blah blah blah. The fact is we will all have our opinions.

The opinion of most boxing fans that is probably a fact is that Cotto and Floyd must fight. Floyd is going to go to the HOF. But if he wants to be considered in that top 10 of ATG's, the road is thru Cotto at welterweight and then maybe one more fight against someone like Forrest or Winky.

    Yes he is.

He picked Gatti to KO Floyd

    Picked Baldomir to TKO Floyd

    Picked Hatton to TKO Floyd.

    Picked DLH to beat Floyd.

I think he picked Sharmba to beat Floyd to because it was Floyds first fight at 147.

its kinda of one of thoughs fights that may never happen in the time frame people want it to happen. you have Cotto who in the hands of his promoters who are looking milk as much as possible instead of going for a high risk big score (and that may be it). and money, who i dont really think cares at this point. He has that i already made mine so ill float, mentality especially after his last fight which game him a boost.
