Yeah, he said that he was moving to 154 the next day or so. But I thought he said 147 with in the last couple of weeks. Maybe I'm tripping.

It means he doesn't want to to waste time on a Spence rematch since he doesn't expect Spence to fight at 147.

 

He won the fights after the accident with relative ease minus a brief moment vs ugas

If he was that ruined by he would have lost one of those fights as Ugas and Garcia are more than capable of beating a damaged goods fighter
