If Danny Garcia had STAYED at 140, would he still be running it? (Fights vs Jose/Prograis/Taylor)

I can't stand Cherry Garcia, but neither Taylor nor Prograis has much of an established resume as of right though. Having said that, they both possess the kind of boxing ability and movement that cause the slow footed Garcia problems.
