no way. Theres plenty of eastern europeans to make up the top ten. Even a few americans and brits. Tua is probably just outside.

Hey, watch it pal... some of us still like the Tuaminator! :nono

I'd put him in the top ten if he gets rid of Friday,,, and looks good doing it like he did last time out.

Name 8 guys not named Klitschko that would be heavilly favored to beat Tua right now? (assuming he's still in the shape he was for Cameron) :think

No. He hasn't beaten a serious contender in years, and Friday doesn't qualify.

I agree with you; I'd love to see Tua against the so called top ten heavyweights except Vitali; I think he'd have a reasonable chance to beat any of them.

Would love to see him in the ring with David Haye to see how Hayes copes with a very dangerous heavyweight.

Would also love to see him fight Toney and Harrison just for the KO highlight.

    Depends how he beats him.

There are very few heavies that would beat Tua at the moment though

No. Thompson, Ustinov, Boytsov, Solis, Dimitrenko maybe, but not Friday.

I like Tua, by the way. It's just, he's always on the comeback but never really gets to the comeback trail in a real way. Never materializes.

    Not even close.

If he puts oo the best performance in is career and then follows up with 6 consecutive awesome performances against at leat 4 other top 10s then maybe, just maybe, he may be considered with a shot at one of the lesser belts.

Jazzo...I don't think the division is rich enough to keep him out of the top ten until he beats four other top tens, man. I mean most of the top tens haven't beaten four top tens, have they? Plus he's got knockouts over four world champs in the bank, including the deathly quiet man who is your avi and still a contender and what the hell, now you're making me argue for Tua. I have a soft spot for the iron jawed knockout artist. Sue me.

What position in the rankings is Friday?? Is he top 10?? The answer to this is the answer to your own question. Simples.

Not top 10, but it's a step in the right direction. Friday is decent and a fair step up from cameron. At least Tua is apparently fighting frequently enough to make it a real come back (as opposed to the past 5 or so years where he'd be a c level guy every 1 1/2 years). If he beats Friday, he shouldn't be too far off. After all many top 10 lists include guys like ruiz, chagaev, adamek, and arreola- guys that are either untested against "elite" hws (adamek) or largely unsuccesful of late

Isn't Tua already top 10? #3 with the WBO.
